13 nov (wed) annual general meeting

At the meeting...
  • Members will have the opportunity to:
  • find out and ask questions about AFCA’s operations and finances
  • speak about any items on the agenda
  • vote on any resolutions proposed.

Members will be asked to vote to:
  • accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
  • accept the annual report
  • accept the auditor’s report
  • accept the annual financial statements
  • elect directors.

BOARD NOMINATION

In accordance with the AFCA’s Constitution, all Director positions are vacated each year. Directors nominate and are formally elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting.

To nominate please complete the online form.
  • Nominations must be made on the official nomination form.
  • Nominations will be considered and Directors elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  • Nomination forms must be submitted by 08 Nov (FRI) 2024.
