AFCA Board strengthened at AGM
Two new Directors to join returning Directors
On Thursday 26th November the AFCA AGM was held via zoom. AFCA is pleased to announce that all existing Board Directors were re-appointed for another year. AFCA also welcomes to the Board Theresa Lonergan from Lonergan Logging, in NSW and Dale Cameron from C3 Australia, in Western Australia. Following the AGM, AFCA held a brief Board meeting and elected Adan Taylor as Chair and Phil Dohnt as Deputy Chair.
We look forward to working with the Board and thank them for their continued commitment to the industry. The Board is expected to participate in a strategy day in late February where it will consider the work plan going forward for AFCA.

Annual Report released
The Annual Report 2020, was released at the AGM and includes the Chair and General Manager reports as well as all financial statements.
The new-look report includes updates on ForestFit, AUSTimber 2021/21, and The PODW program. AFCA also recognised the hard work and contribution of forest contractors during the 19/20 bushfire clean-up and recovery.
